Dear WBCL listeners, family and friends! You have so blessed our family!
Though some side effects of the chemo and radiation treatments were rather horrific at times, this journey has proven to be a rich spiritual blessing to our family! I, Phil, am still healing from the brutality of those cancer treatments, and I still fatigue more quickly than I used to. But I'm happy to report that, since my treatments ended on June 1st, I've now had my fifth follow-up appointment with my oncologists, along with a previously mentioned PET scan. The PET scan was clear, and the tumor is, indeed, gone! We praise the Lord for His mercy and healing! And we praise Him for such incredible, prayerful, supportive friends and family throughout this journey! We realize the follow-up tests, etc., will continue in the months & years to come, and we do covet your ongoing prayers for continued "good reports" of healing!
Again, thank you so very much for your love, prayers, & encouragement! Again, may the Lord multiply back upon YOU the blessing that you have been to us! And, to God be all the glory!
